Helvetic Trust AG was recognised as an independent asset manager by the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority FINMA in March 2023.
Additions to the board of directors

ABB e-mobility, a global leader in electric vehicle (EV) charging solutions, has signed a pre-IPO private placement. Helvetic Trust assisted the Moyreal family office on its way to this private placement.
