After completing his business management studies, Kaspar Grob was able to gather wide-ranging international experience in the field of portfolio management. As a senior executive, he was jointly responsible for building up the sales department of a financial institution based in the Far East. He later headed the branch of an international investment consultancy in Zurich as a Senior Partner. Prior to the foundation of Helvetic Trust, he was responsible for ZT Zürich Trust in the position of Managing Director.

From 1991 to 2007, Kaspar Grob also held a 50% stake in Bernauer AG Elektro-Telecom. Together with his business partner and the executive board, he built this up into a leading supra-regional company with nine branch offices. Bernauer AG was acquired by the long-standing Managing Director and new sole shareholder in the summer of 2007 through a management buyout. This means the company has remained owner-run throughout the 75 years of its existence.

With four decades of professional experience, Herbert Erb's outlook covers the entire financial services spectrum. He is also able to draw upon a wide-ranging network and know-how in the field of asset management.
Before joining Helvetic Trust, Herbert Erb spent 22 years at Deutsche Bank (Switzerland) AG. Here he held responsibility for the Central Germany Market as an Investment Consultant, eventually overseeing a team of 6 investment consultants. This was followed by the position as a Director of Relationship Management for high net-worth private clients within the Germany Onshore Submarket Team. Earlier stations included Handelsbank Winterthur, Dresdner Bank and UBS, where he also worked inter alia as a ring trader for Swiss bonds.
Numerous courses and further training round off his profile, as well as language trips and periods spent abroad in a variety of regions.

German-born Kay Fischer trained as a banker at Deutsche Bank AG before going on to study economics at Constance University.
His career has evolved during 14 years at Deutsche Bank AG, where he deepened his professional expertise and held a number of executive positions. In Germany Kay Fischer worked as an Investment Manager / Relationship Manager on the private banking side, with responsibility for providing high net-worth private clients with comprehensive consultancy services. In 2004 he switched to the Swiss branch in order to build up the international investment management operations. From 2007 onwards he worked for Deutsche Bank (Switzerland) AG as Head of Investment Management Group.

Mike Smyrniopoulos trained as a bank clerk at Credit Suisse, before going on to study business at the University of Applied Sciences in Zurich. His career to date in the financial services sector has been characterised by ten years spent with UBS AG, where he continuously broadened his knowledge and expertise, gathering extensive experience in the field of portfolio and product management.
Before joining Helvetic Trust, Mike Smyrniopoulos was a relationship manager on the private banking side at UBS AG, where he was responsible for providing private clients from Southeast Europe, in particular from the Aegean region, with comprehensive consultancy services.
Numerous stays abroad in various cultural regions round off his established profile, augmented by a range of specialist courses and seminars.

Jacqueline Grahofer has more than 10 years experience in the national and international real estate sector. She studied architecture and took some courses of interior design in New York.
